This is a character from a very old story of mine. Basically he’s a cyborg made by an organization of ruthless scientists who conquer planets on the outskirts of the universe in order to run experiments on the inhabitants for unknown purposes.

He can not only manipulate his body like the Terminator does, but can integrate anything that uses electricity around him into his body and use them as weapons (any machines, even other living beings). He escapes and becomes the low key leader of an underground gang in the central planet of the universe called “Atlas,” which is basically like an intergalactic New York City/Vegas combined. He’s waiting to gather enough resources to take on and destroy the organization that made him.
