This commission was done like 4 years ago.

One reason why I shy away from commissions these days is because when i do one, I spend SO much time on the details. I’m a perfectionist by nature, and each drawing I attack with such gusto that it sometimes becomes a battle. As you can see here, I put massive detail into the bullets and gun… which in the larger view you can barely even see!

Sometimes I look at my old drawings and want to smack myself for spending so much time on the details. But then I have to sit back and marvel at the level of patience Old-Me used to have for the littlest moments of precision.
